Hi, I’m Beth Graham!

I came to yoga for pain relief and it took me unexpectedly to places I never imagined.

Let's keep this simple - when I say "yoga" I'm talking about a physical activity where you move your body into various positions while focusing on the breath. 

Yoga (or some similar practice) is essential to your well being. It is the way to keeping your body in proper shape: flexible, strong, and balanced. 

It is easy to get started, and you could spend a lifetime perfecting your practice.
